Transfer of student shared rental lease
I am currently looking for a student to take over my lease because I have to return to France on December 20. I specify that it is a student roommate
The rent is $720 including heating, water, electricity and wifi.
This is a shared accommodation of 3 people, so you will be with two other roommates.
The apartment is close to the Pavillon Jean-Brillant at UdeM and the Côtes-des-Neiges metro station and various shops.
