Room+ 2 steps from UdeMtl for 2nd or 3rd cycle students
I live in a beautiful large lower duplex on 2 floors which I own. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I have my own bedroom and adjacent bathroom. There are currently 3 students for the winter 2024 semester, including one long-term student and two exchange students who will leave by June 1st. The free room+ is for July and August for a girl who will occupy the bottom as shown in the photos with large living room/office + bedroom space. If you plan to stay for the fall semester, the calendar will be released in due time and you will be able to stay for the semester. The bathroom will possibly be shared with another girl or for you alone if the other room is not rented this summer. Everything is provided, you arrive with your suitcase and that's it. Grocery stores are just a stone's throw away, public transportation is around the corner and the University of Montreal/Poly/HEC is just a stone's throw away.
